Returns
We want you to love your jewellery. If you need to return an item, here is how it works:
Our 14-Day Returns Promise
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Email us at salesailanijewels@ailanijewels.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Please use a trackable postal service - return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please follow the returns process and place a new order.
Manufacturing Faults
If your piece develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase — such as a clasp or lobster clasp failing, a stone or crystal falling out, enamel chipping or cracking, plating wearing through prematurely, or a chain link snapping — please contact us at salesailanijewels@ailanijewels.com with your order number and photos. All pieces carry a 6-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
