Ailani Jewels specializes in high-fashion statement jewellery crafted from premium materials, including 18k gold plating, sterling silver, and stainless steel.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as our pieces are often hand-finished and use natural elements, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Our jewellery is designed to be waterproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic. These properties apply to the base metals and plating under normal wear conditions. Exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces, or extreme environments may affect the longevity of the finish.

2.3 Sizing
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is ordered. Sizing guides provided on our website are for reference only.

3. Order Acceptance and Contract
No contract will exist between you and Ailani Jewels for the sale of any product unless and until we have accepted your order with a confirmation email and full payment is processed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

4. Pricing and Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Delivery Expectations
Parcels should be inspected upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at info@ailanijewels.com within 2 working days of delivery.

5.2 Shipping Liability
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Ailani Jewels is no longer responsible for the package. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure delivery address.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Generally, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

To maintain the brilliance of your Ailani Jewels pieces, we recommend following our [Jewellery Care Guide]. While our pieces are tarnish-free and waterproof, proper care will ensure their longevity.

7.2 Limited Warranty
We offer a 6-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care.
