Ailani Jewels — Return Policy

At Ailani Jewels, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any jewellery boxes, pouches, and tags.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be faulty upon delivery:

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return process, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
3. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Ailani Jewels is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Inspection and Decision
Once your returned item is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria (Section 1).

Inspection Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection process after we receive your return.
Return Decision: Following the inspection, we will email you with our decision regarding your return. If approved, your refund will be processed.

6. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after the approval email.
Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process (Section 3) for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at salesailanijewels@ailanijewels.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund, in accordance with our 6-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects.
